now this is conisbrough st peters which was arranged to be opend for me for 1 hour to play the Ellicombe chiming machine well to give people a bit of hymn tune church hymns music to There ears yes its the same 8 bells used for full circle when not wound up to be full chimed by 1 person chiming all 8 bells yes the clock jus strikes the hours again using the 8th bell this was about 10 year ago before covid theres one of these at Almoundbury All hallows but are disconected from the ringing chamber most of the time these hook on to metal clips so you can play the Ellicombe chiming machine from the back of the church cant hear the tunes propley its to to far above to Hear it inside if you want to hear the Almoundbury All hallows carillon being played its louder from outside huddersfield west yorkshire way by stuart mills bellringers friends
