Marella Explorer ....Hotel stay after the cruise..Royal Sun Resort Los Gigantes

So our second day at the Royal Sun resort in Los Gigantes began with breakfast on the restaurant veranda .Our plan this morning was to walk to the local Lidl to get a few supplies for lunch on the terrace After taking our shopping back to the hotel we walked down into the centre of Los Gigantes, we ended up having a look around the harbour before stopping at a bar overlooking the small beach .It was soon time to take the uphill walk back to the hotel to have our lunch on the terrace . That evening we again ate in the buffet restaurant, the food was ok nothing spectacular. We went back to the bar to enjoy a drink and make sure that we avoided the shocking entertainment. Day 3 began with breakfast before heading to the pool area where we enjoyed a few hours relaxing . Afterwards it was back to the terrace for lunch and more napping. That evening it was back to the buffet restaurant for dinner before once again heading to the bar for a chat with other guests. The entertainment this evening was Karaoke ,Pearl of course gave it her best .I think I counted about 12 people at the so called entertainment . Day 4 began with breakfast in the restaurant before once again heading back to the pool area to spend some time relaxing .in and out of the pool . Again lunch was taken on the terrace ,before getting a bit of packing done ready for the morning and going home time . After dinner we once again headed to the bar for a drink and to say our goodbyes to the people we had met . The following morning after breakfast we checked out of the hotel and waited for our transport to take us to the airport . This turned out to be very eventful and stressful. So our thoughts on our first ever Marella cruise and stay was very positive .
