Korean-Inspired Cooking at Home | Homemade Kimbap & Cheese Dakgalbi with Tteok

A Korean-inspired cooking day at home with homemade kimbap, spicy cheese dakgalbi, and a simple strawberry dessert. I started with homemade kimbap filled with beef, egg, Japanese cucumber, carrot, and danmuji. After that, I made cheese dakgalbi with tteok, topped with melted mozzarella and some green onion and sesame seeds. For dessert, I made vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries while waiting for the mozzarella to melt. Nothing too complicated, just some Korean-inspired meals, a little cooking, and time to enjoy lunch at home.
