Day 1 Highlights | International Conference on “Voter Registration and Voter Registers 2026” The two-day International Conference on “Voter Registration and Voter Registers 2026” commenced at the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, bringing together electoral practitioners, academicians, researchers and experts to deliberate on the legal, institutional, technological and democratic dimensions of voter registration and electoral roll management.
