Welcome to ProjectPilot, your digital workspace for European project development and management. Let's begin with a quick look at our website, projectpilot.eu. Here, you can discover how ProjectPilot supports your entire project journey, from finding European funding opportunities and developing innovative project concepts, to managing international project consortia. Our platform brings together three main services: Funding Radar, AI Concept Builder, and Project Management. As you scroll down the homepage, you can explore the available features and see how they support your daily work. You can also review our subscription plans, including monthly pricing, the features included, and the subscription conditions. The Frequently Asked Questions section provides additional information about the platform and how it works. Getting started is easy. If you're a new user, simply choose the fourteen-day free trial and complete the registration process. Once your account is created, you can begin exploring ProjectPilot and discover how it can support your next European project. Let's take a closer look at the platform. If you already have an account, simply sign in to ProjectPilot. Your workspace welcomes you, and you can change its name anytime in the Profile menu. If you already have a project idea and are looking for European funding, the Funding Radar is a great place to start. Open the Funding Radar from the main menu. Here, you can explore available funding opportunities across different European Union programmes. Each funding call provides useful information, including its thematic area, opening date, submission deadline, and other relevant details. You can narrow down the results using search filters, making it easier to identify opportunities that match your interests. You can also select a funding call to view more information about its objectives and requirements. Found something interesting? You can follow a funding opportunity and set up email reminders, helping you stay informed as important dates approach. The Funding Radar helps you organise your search and identify promising funding opportunities without having to start from scratch every time. But what if you don't have a fully developed project yet? Perhaps you have an innovative idea, but you're not sure how to turn it into a structured European project. That's exactly what the Concept Builder is designed for. Select Concept Builder from the main menu. Here, you can begin creating your own project concept in just a few simple steps. First, enter a name for your idea. This can be a working title, so there's no need to make it perfect. Next, choose the European Union funding programme you're interested in. Once you've entered the basic information, click “Create Concept”. ProjectPilot will now open a structured form where you can describe your idea in more detail. Now, let's complete the information needed to develop our project concept. Start by describing your idea in your own words. Explain the problem you want to solve and identify the people or organisations that could benefit from your proposed solution. Next, enter your organisation's name, country, and organisation type. You can also provide information about your project's expected duration, your available expertise, and the current maturity of your innovation. You don't need to write a perfect proposal. Simply provide clear and realistic information about your plans. Once you've completed the form, click “Save and Run EIDF Analysis”. ProjectPilot will now evaluate your idea using the European Innovation Deployment Framework, or EIDF, a methodology developed by our organisation. The analysis examines your innovation's readiness, available evidence, potential challenges, and important gaps that may need further attention. The process may take a little time, and a progress indicator will keep you informed. When the analysis is ready, you can review the structured results directly on the screen. Take your time to examine the findings and consider whether the assessment accurately reflects your project. If you're satisfied, you can confirm the relevant EIDF decision gates and continue to the next stage. Now, click “Find Suitable Funding Calls”. ProjectPilot searches for available funding opportunities that could match your project idea. The suggested opportunities are presented with an indication of how closely they align with your concept. You can compare the results and select the funding call that appears most suitable. Remember, final eligibility should always be checked against the official call requirements. Once you've selected your preferred opportunity, click “Generate Concept”. ProjectPilot will use your information, the EIDF analysis, and the selected funding opportunity to prepare a structured project concept. After a short generation process, your new concept note will appear on the screen, ready for review.
