Almost drowned a Flevotrike. Cycling the Eurovelo 3 from the Netherlands to Paris, part 1.

Riding a Flevotrike recumbent through a flooded Belgium and northern France while cycling the Eurovelo 3 from Liege to Paris. Cities like Liege and Namur on the Meuse river were flooded during my trip because of heavy rainfall. I managed to leave Belgium just in time.
