ጥንቃቄ የሚሻው የጡረታ ጉዳይ! ቁጠባው ለኢኮኖሚ ሽግግር ብቻ? የጡረተኞች ፈተናና መፍትሄው! | Pension Savings & Pensioners

የጡረታ እና የማህበራዊ ዋስትና ሥርዓቶች የሀገርን ኢኮኖሚ ከማረጋጋትም በላይ የዜጎችን ሰብአዊ ክብርና ደህንነት ከማረጋገጥ አንፃር ያላቸው ድርሻ እጅግ የላቀ ነው። ባለፉት ቀናት በአዲስ አበባ የተካሄደው ታሪካዊውና የመጀመሪያው የአፍሪካ ማህበራዊ ዋስትና ጉባኤ "የማህበራዊ ዋስትና ሥርዓቶችን ማቀናጀት ለአፍሪካ የመሠረተ ልማት እና የኢኮኖሚ ትራንስፎርሜሽን" በሚል መሪ ቃል መካሄዱ የዚህን ወሳኝ ጉዳይ አገራዊና አህጉራዊ አውድ በግልጽ ያሳያል። በዚህ ታላቅ መድረክ ላይ የብሔራዊ ባንክ ገዥ እዮብ ተካልኝ (ዶ/ር) ያስተላለፉት ከባድ ማሳሰቢያን የያዘ መልእክት የሠራተኞችን የጡረታ ቁጠባ በጥብቅ ቁጥጥር፣ በግልጽነት እና በጥንቃቄ በተሞላ የኢንቨስትመንት አስተዳደር ሥርዓት መጠበቅ እንደሚገባ በግልጽ ያመላከተ ነው። የጡረታ ፈንድ የሰራተኞች የዕድሜ  ልክ ልፋት ላባቸው ውጤት እና የቁጠባ ውጤት በመሆኑ፣ በምንም መልኩ እንደ መንግሥት የገንዘብ ማከማቻ ወይም ድንገተኛ ተራ ማዕቀፍ ሊታይ እንደማይገባውና ጥብቅ የሆነ የህግና የቁጥጥር ማዕቀፍ ሊበጅለት እንደሚገባ ተሰምቷል። በእለቱ የገበያ ሚዲያ ልዩ ጥንቅራችንም  የብሄራዊ ባንክ ገዢውን ከባድ ማሳሰቢያ፣ የጡረታ ቁጠባን በአግባቡ በመጠበቅ ረገድ ያሉትን አበይት ጉዳዮች፣ የአፍሪካን የኢኮኖሚ ትራንስፎርሜሽን ለማምጣት የማህበራዊ ዋስትና ሥርዓቶችን ማቀናጀት ያለውን ፋይዳ፣ ሚሊዮኖች የአመት ልብሳቸውን የእለት ጉርሳቸው በጽክክል ከማይሸፍን ደመወዛቸው ቀንሰው የሚከፍሉት የጡረታ የገንዘብን ግዙፍነት እና በኢትዮጵያና በአፍሪካ ያሉ ጡረተኞች በከፍተኛ የኑሮ ውድነት ውስጥ የሚገኙበትን እውነታ በመመርመር  እንዲሁም ተያያዥ ጉዳዮችን በመዳደሰስ ቆይታ እናደርጋለን። አብራችሁን ቆዩ፡፡ Pension and social security systems play a pivotal role not only in stabilizing the national economy but also in safeguarding the human dignity and well-being of citizens.
