The big news is related to the petition of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi...which was to be heard today, but now Rahul's petition will not be heard today... Actually, 11 opposition leaders including Rahul Gandhi had filed a petition against the CEC...which the Supreme Court would have heard today...but the supplementary list released late last night revealed that the case will not be heard today...because the Supreme Court Registry found 14 flaws in Rahul's petition...Vakalatnama of 9 petitioners was not there in the petition...Along with this, the petitioners did not attach a copy of the old decision...The name of the respondent was also found wrong in the form...Also, the copy of the ID form of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge was also found blurred...After which it has now been said that the petition will be heard only after all these flaws are rectified. #rahulgandhi #supremecourt #cecgyaneshkumar About Channel: इसलिए बने रहें ज़ी न्यूज़ के साथ और सब्सक्राइब करें | Zee News is India's most trusted Hindi News Channel with 24 hour coverage.
