Carry Your Best Work Into the Light · downtempo dub for golden hour

A warm downtempo groove at 86 beats a minute, a heartbeat bass sitting under a soft, steady kick. The snare is the sound of wooden boards being set down and ringing, with a woodblock on the offbeat and a rough scraping sound keeping the hats. Every four bars a smeared organ chord echoes out, and a low bowed drone hums far behind. As the track goes on the boards ring lower and longer, like heavier and heavier lengths of wood.
