A walkthrough of Ombuto Code building a real feature from start to finish. Ombuto Code is an open-source desktop workbench that sits inside your project repository and takes you from requirements to running code. In this video we follow one working example through the whole process: • Plan: write the product requirements document and the architecture with an AI agent, then break them down into epics and tickets, each with its own acceptance criteria. • Build: promote tickets to the board and let the scheduler hand them to coding agents. Agents write the code, run the tests and fix what fails, with no further input from you. • Evaluate: before anything reaches you, an agent checks the result against the ticket's acceptance criteria. If it falls short, the ticket goes back to be fixed. • Review: accept or reject finished tickets using the evaluation report, the agent's run summary and the full diff. The specification is not a document that gets written and forgotten. It is what the work is measured against. Ombuto Code is free and open source under Apache 2.0, and works with Claude Code, Codex and Kimi.
