Niloy Ahsan is a Dhrupad vocalist coming from the esteemed Dagarvani lineage, which spans 21 generations. He holds a BA in Music from the State University of New York and has studied tabla, pakhawaj, and Indian classical music since age 12. Since 1998, he has been a disciple of Pandit Samir Chatterjee. Jorge has performed internationally across India, the U.S., Mexico, France, Australia, and Hong Kong, and has accompanied artists such as Pandit Ramesh Misra, Steve Gorn, Saskia Rao, Manas Kumar, Ojas Adhia, George Brooks, and Utsav Lal.
