MGSV FOB: Failing to Ghost in the Worst Way Possible

I'm so angry about this. So close to beating my espionage record and yet one little mistake spells doom for the whole run. Perhaps I should have pressed on before the guard died, but I was so wrapped up in the unfolding disaster I'd created that I didn't think to do so. My Salamander is now 1.97x instead of 2.00x meaning my dreams of breaking the 163k score are likely over. I hope this can be a lesson to other players at least, don't rush and keep your wits when you're in these high tension moments.
