The Dempster Highway - Bikepacking to the Arctic Ocean

In September 2024, I said goodbye to my old life and flew to the opposite side of the world with 1 goal - to ride my bike to the Arctic Ocean. That journey had ended in failure and disappointment, which had followed me ever since. Now, 2 years later and on a new continent, I take aim at that same ocean. Will this be the journey in which I finally outride my past? Or am I destined to continue reliving it? In this episode, Shirley and I take on an 1800km triple gauntlet of rough northern roads, riding the Denali, Top of the World and Dempster Highways. On the way, we will battle our hardest challenges yet, with brutal weather, devastating setbacks and the ever-present reminders of a journey left incomplete.
