So from seaside we are going to nice green hills and mountains...This road is called "Villach Alpine road" near Villach in Austria.Its 16,5 km long, it has 116 turn, 7 bends and it goes high as 1700m altitude.You have to pay for this road and for bikes its 12 €... you get a nice sticker :) For more info you can visit this page... https://www.villacher-alpenstrasse.at... have few roads to travel from this side... 2 of them I did it allready. This one and Grossglockner road.
