Old Cracked Wood Plane Brought Back To Life - Sympathetic Restoration

I'm expanding my vintage hand tool collection - and the latest restoration is this old Marples wooden jack plane. Unlike my past restorations, I'm not going to do a 'perfect' restoration on this plane - I want to keep the patina and let it wear its age with pride! Instead, I'll be cleaning it up and getting the worst of the grime off the body, removing the rust from the metal parts and resharpening to get it back in working order! The plane body, while in overall okay shape, had a couple of large cracks on the top surface, so I filled these with epoxy to stabilise them. Other than the rust removal and regrinding the plane iron, this was the only repair really needed.
