Stop Seeking God — Joel S Goldsmith on the Shocking Truth of I AM (Be Still)

Stop Seeking God — Joel S Goldsmith on the Shocking Truth of I AM (Be Still) What if your spiritual struggle has been built on one “holy” mistake? In this deeply contemplative message, the focus is not on how to seek God more effectively—but on the startling possibility that seeking itself is the veil. The talk gently exposes a subtle assumption many sincere spiritual students carry: “I am a seeker of God.” And yet, if God is truly omnipresent, what could possibly be missing? What distance could you cross to reach what already fills all space? Drawing from scriptural insights like “In Him we live and move and have our being” and “Be still and know that I am God,” this teaching points beyond methods, techniques, and spiritual striving into something far simpler—and far more profound: recognition. You’ll hear why: Seeking often implies absence—and unknowingly reinforces separation The “kingdom” is not found by movement, but by inner awakening Peace doesn’t arrive as a reward for effort—peace is what remains when effort falls away “I AM” is not a mantra, formula, or manifestation tool—it is Being itself True guidance doesn’t come from mental strain, but from quiet spiritual government This is a message for anyone exhausted by “trying” to be spiritual, trying to “maintain” a higher state, or trying to force transformation. Here, you’re invited to rest—without passivity—into a deeper certainty: Nothing was ever missing. If you’re ready to move from spiritual ambition into living stillness, this talk may be the turning point. ✅ Listen with an open heart. ✅ Let the noise soften. ✅ And notice what has always been here: I AM.
