Elena Kats-Chernin - 'Pink Breasted Robin' (Sydney Conservatorium Clarinet Ensemble)

This recording is using the clarinet quartet arrangement of this work (from 2006), which we've adapted with multiple players on each part. It is published through the Australian Music Centre: https://www.australianmusiccentre.com... Its driving rhythms and soaring melodies demonstrate what I love so much in Elena Kats-Chernin's writing! Conductor/Recording Engineer: Peter Anthony Smith Clarinets: Nicole Hsueh, Tessa Darby, Nikki Amos, Jayden Hagley, Amber Davies, Michelle Liang, Emily Costa, Oliver O'Connor Bass Clarinet: Tim Roberts Contrabass Clarinet: Eleanor Brimblecombe Recorded in Recital Hall West of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music on the 5th of May, 2023.
