Toro Power Clear 621 QZE Carburetor Replacement

I have a 2013 Toro Power Clear 621 QZE that only runs when the choke is fully on (lever pulled out). It runs very rough at half choke and dies when the choke is turned off. In my previous video I tried a carburetor cleaning product called Gumbusters, replacing the fuel filter and replacing the spark plug I finally opted to replace the carburetor. Sorry for the long video but I wanted to be as detailed as possible. The carburetor p/n for this model is: 120-4418 If you google "carburetor 120-4418" there are a zillion options to choose from and you really shouldn't have to spend more than $30-40.
