THE STUDIO HOUSE | Neo-Modern Architecture as a Film Studio El Ingenio Private Community · Ecuador The Studio House is a neo-modern residence conceived as a living film and movie studio, where architecture becomes a cinematic device. Located inside the private community of El Ingenio, Ecuador, this project blurs the line between domestic space and production set, designed to be experienced through movement, light, framing, and atmosphere. This short film presents the house through a first-person architectural tour, guiding you through a sequence of spaces that feel staged for the camera—dramatic double heights, controlled lighting, reflective surfaces, water elements, and sculptural transitions. Every angle is intentional, every moment composed. Rather than a traditional home, The Studio House operates as a spatial narrative: a place where daily life, cinema, and architecture coexist. Project Highlights • Neo-modern architectural language • House conceived as a film & movie studio • Cinematic lighting and spatial sequencing • Interior–exterior continuity with water, fire, and landscape • Designed for storytelling, lifestyle, and immersive living Location El Ingenio · Private Community Ecuador Design & Development Architecture & Concept: ORCA Collaboration: Zafra This project is presented as a short film and immersive walkthrough, inviting you to experience architecture not just as space—but as cinema. If you enjoy cinematic architecture, experiential design, and narrative-driven spaces, don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe. — ORCA × Zafra
