Conquering The Flood To Serve In A Community Clinic | Scooter POV Honda Beat 110 V2 #1

Hi guys! Here’s a new POV Drive! For the next couple of months, I’ll be using my scooter more often. With gas prices continuing to rise, riding a scooter has become a more practical mode of transportation for me. There’s also limited parking space at the community clinic where I’m currently assigned, so using a scooter makes things a little more convenient. It’s still rainy season here in the Philippines, though, which can make riding a scooter or motorcycle quite challenging—especially when roads are flooded. The route to the community clinic also has plenty of trucks and several winding sections. Based on my experience driving through the area, I feel that there are certain sections where the risk of an accident can be higher. Because of this, I try to be extra cautious when overtaking and make sure to properly read the road and anticipate what other vehicles might do. Speaking of safety, this drive also highlights why it’s important to understand the blind spots of trucks, buses, and other heavy vehicles. There’s a scene where a three-wheeled vehicle attempts to overtake a truck and ends up getting hit. Fortunately, the truck driver was able to stop in time. Otherwise, the situation could have resulted in a much more serious accident. Hopefully, this video also serves as a reminder to stay alert, know the blind spots of larger vehicles, and always prioritize safety on the road.
