Dawn of War IV has just given us our best look yet at a full late-game battle, and there are a LOT of new details hidden in the footage. KING Art's latest Battlefield Report pits the Orks against the Necrons in a 1v1 Annihilation match, but the result isn't really the interesting part. In this video, we're breaking down everything the new Dawn of War 4 gameplay reveals: the scale of late-game armies, the huge range of custom match settings, changes to the Necron Power Matrix following player feedback, previously unseen late-game capabilities, Necron mobility, weapon configurations, Ork vs Necron faction asymmetry, upkeep, army management and some of the questions KING Art still needs to answer before launch. We also look ahead to the upcoming 2v2 Battlefield Reports, including all four launch factions and the first proper extended look at high-difficulty CPU opponents. Dawn of War IV launches on 3 December 2026, with Commander Edition early access beginning on 30 November. After seeing this new gameplay, are you more confident about Dawn of War IV, or is there something you still want KING Art to improve? ----------------- Chapters: 00:00 - Dawn of War 4 Just Revealed A LOT Has Changed 00:51 - Dawn of War 4's Late Game Is Much Bigger 02:09 - Custom Match Settings Give You Far More Control 03:15 - The Necron Power Matrix Has Changed 04:26 - New Necron Late-Game Abilities 06:05 - Orks vs Necrons Shows Real Faction Asymmetry 07:32 - Can Dawn of War 4's Late Game Become Too Busy? 09:25 - What's Coming Next for Dawn of War 4 10:17 - What This Battlefield Report Really Tells Us ----------------- Subscribe to Sector Command for Dawn of War IV and Total War: Warhammer 40,000 news, analysis, guides and gameplay. . . . #DawnOfWar4 #Warhammer40K #DawnOfWar
