26 // 18 • While we wait for Inferno, let's make some BoC inspired music • #syntakt • #digitone 2

The internet has been buzzing about the new album to be released by Boards of Canada. So I decided to try to make something inspired by the typical sound of this band. Using mostly digital synthesis, in my case, which is kind of the opposite of how they make their music :) But I thought it was a nice experiment. Once again I tried to use some Twinshot samples, but I still find this machine very limited. I'm thinking of getting a dedicated sampler to experiment a bit more with sampling, but I'm torn between getting a relatively low-budget second hand #sp404mk2 or a Torso S-4. Any suggestions are welcome. Enjoy!
