How to replace the hinge of a Neff integrated fridge (No voice over)

Neff integrated under counter fridge K4316X4GB/04. The top hinge went on my fridge, stopping it from closing properly. A pair could be ordered from espares.co.uk for about £46, but I found a single one on ebay for about £18. You need to make sure you get the correct hinge; top right and bottom left are the same hinge and top left and bottom right are the same. Top right is part number 267190 at Barty Spares. Top left is 267189. Depending on your model of fridge, check the model number against the list to make sure it's compatible.
