You let them go…now who are YOU? After betrayal, heartbreak, abandonment, divorce, rejection, or loss, we can spend so much time grieving the person—and the future we expected—that we forget another important part of healing: Rediscovering ourselves. Tonight in The Healing Room, we are talking about identity after loss, the difference between what happened to you and who you are, and why healing does not necessarily mean becoming the “old you” again. Sometimes there are parts of ourselves we need to recover. But there may also be parts of ourselves we have not even met yet. 🌷 TONIGHT’S JOURNAL PROMPT: Who am I without what happened to me? We will explore: • What you stopped doing while you were surviving • What you still want to experience • What wisdom you gained • What parts of yourself you want to keep • Who you want to become from here Remember: You can heal the wound without throwing away the wisdom. ❤️ THIS WEEK’S HEALING ROOM CHALLENGE: Do ONE thing that reconnects you with YOU. Something you enjoy. Something you stopped doing. Something you have always wanted to try. Something that reminds you that your life still belongs to you. Then come back and comment: “I’m getting to know me again.” 📖 Want to go deeper? We are practicing it. What happened to you is not the end of your story. There is purpose on the other side of your pain. You can face tomorrow. ❤️ #ICanFaceTomorrow #TheHealingRoom #WhoAmINow #FindingYourselfAgain #HealingAfterBetrayal #HealingAfterHeartbreak #ChristianWomen #FaithAndHealing
