Granberg Edging Mill & Husqvarna 572xp vs BIG Maple!

In this video I'm using my Husqvarna 572XP quarter up a 38"+ Monster Maple with the Granberg Edging Mill attachment for my sawmill. Sometimes the logs are too big for the mill, or right on the edge of what I'd call too big so out comes the Husqvarna 572xp to the rescue with my little Granberg Edging Mill attachment. It's a great setup and gets the job done! Setting up the Granberg is as simple as laying out the 2x6 runner, screwing it down, attaching the edging mill to the chainsaw and sliding the saw down the 2x6 runner until the cut is done. You do have to change out the chain pretty often though, and let the chainsaw cool down after each cut.
