SAPS in bid to stop March and March protest action

The National Police Ministry and SAPS leadership in KwaZulu-Natal have approached the Durban High Court in an urgent bid to stop further protest action by the anti-immigration group, March and March. Acting Police Minister Firoz Cachalia and the KZN Police Commissioner argue that recent demonstrations led to violence, road blockades and property damage.
