Vicious Dog Attack

The plaintiff was delivering mail to the defendant’s hair salon when a dog attacked her. Since there was no sign warning of a vicious dog, the plaintiff is suing for pain and suffering. The defendant claims the dog is actually very nice, and only a minor scratch was caused to the plaintiff after she smacked the dog on the head with the mail.
