These look really cool visually. They grant a 20% increased skill effect duration to the owner of the spectre. This is stackable, so more spectres can be used to get more skill effect. They use a slam attack when not powered with a link skill. When using a link skill on them, they unlock a bunch of abilities. It is a little bit hard to pin-point exactly which is which. They use an attack that triggers 2 lines of turrets in a V form that each shoot a projectile dealing base physical damage. The projectile is considered a spell. The turret has a 1 projectile override, meaning they don't gain benefit from additional projectiles. They have a big laser beam they shoot from their chest, dealing base physical damage and converting 50% to lightning. This laser beam seems to be on a 12 second cooldown. They have a leap slam on a 7 second cooldown. They also use a "whip" attack which sweeps left and right. The most interesting ones are their laser and projectile abilities. They use a single shot laser on a 6 seconds cooldown which has a 2.5 seconds cast time. A forward sweep laser on a 12 seconds cooldown which has a 4.67 seconds cast time. And their potent rotating laser which is on a 30 seconds cooldown which has a 11.67 seconds cast time. Each of these have the same very low base physical damage value and 50% is converted to lightning. They do have a 625% innate MORE projectile damage however, creating synergy with flat added damage. This makes me think these are the base damage values listed for the projectiles, not exactly sure what the base damage for the laser is. The lasers seems to do okay damage however, benefitting from some contact damage similar to other laser like spectres. The distance the projectiles travel can be modified with projectile speed from things like slower or faster projectiles support. While in it's rotating form it also creates sparks of lightning around itself, dealing base lightning damage, and can actually do quite a bit of damage. The laser of the left hand does not seem to always work and does not trigger the explosion of the balls. Some balls also do not seem to want to trigger at all. These problems seem to be related, could be a case of projectile dysfunction? Overall, cool spectres but quite slow and you would need to fiddle around trying to maintain link skills uptime. I would support these with spell echo, to try and get them to use their spells as much as possible, then supporting them with physical to lightning as most of their spells already have 50% conversion. These can be bought from the Breaker of Oaths as a corpse in the Affliction league mechanic. This video was recorded in patch 3.23.
