$150 Zimone, Mystery Unraveler Commander Deck Tech, Not Just a Jump Scare Commander Deck upgrade

While trying to upgrade the Jump Scare preconstructed commander deck I realized it was more than just an upgrade so a started simulating a deck from scratch and about 8 hours later i think I found a good starting point. I try to only make deck Techs on decks that i own or have owned at one time, this is purely experimental. I went with a $150 budget, but this can be decreased or increased very easily. The deck list can be found here: https://www.moxfield.com/decks/UQOC1V... The deck cost came out to $150.28 (without basics) using TCG player market price and the cheapest legal printings.
