Trail Run in Lindvallen, Sweden – Tjejmilen | 4K POV • Natural Sounds • No Talking

An evening trail run in the Swedish mountains, starting from the top of the hill and following trails across a variety of terrain. This 4K POV run features beautiful mountain views and scenic trails through the Swedish fjäll. I was already a little tired from a few days of trail biking and running, including the climb up the hill before filming this video. The route itself was found on my watch, using a trail my wife had saved a few days earlier when she ran Tjejmilen, a 10K women's race. Perfect for treadmill running, virtual running in nature, or simply relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
