After their epic battle, the Sailor Guardians are called back to action when some new and powerful enemies appear! Ail and An are alien siblings bound to the mysterious energy-devouring Makai Tree. And the Black Moon Clan, led by Prince Demande, has the power to destroy all of future Crystal Tokyo! Things get complicated when a mysterious pink-haired girl falls from the sky, demands the Legendary Silver Crystal, and claims Mamoru for her own! Could there also be a new Sailor Guardian?
Game Overview
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon R ("Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon R") is a side-scrolling brawler from Bandai based on the second Sailor Moon story arc (also known as the Black Moon arc). As with its Super Nintendo predecessor, Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, the player can select between the numerous members of the Sailor Soldiers, including the new character Chibiusa (a.k.a. Sailor Chibi Moon). The enigmatic Sailor Pluto makes a cameo in the game's ending, but only if the player beats the game on the Hard setting.
Charater Information
Rei was an only child and the daughter of Risa Hino and Takashi Hino, a famous politician. Her mother Risa eventually fell ill and died, leaving a grieving Rei who began to despise her father for never visiting her mother once as she was dying in the hospital. Rei would soon move into Hikawa Shrine with her grandfather and work as a shrine priestess as well as befriending two crows named Phobos and Deimos.
Rei would develop psychic powers that she would cultivate by diving through the Sacred Fire at the shrine. However, her abilities would cause people to view her as strange and avoid her.
