#0727/"Think Positively"

"Things can really get better, better than they would normally be— Yes, things can really get better when we're thinking positively!" 💡✨ ● Song #number and Title #0727 / "Think Positively" ● Bible Scriptures Philippians 4:8 – "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." (Directly matching the chorus call to focus our minds on positive, God-honoring thoughts). Proverbs 23:7 – "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he..." (Matching the 1st verse truth that our thoughts shape how we do and live). Acts 16:25 – "And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them." (Matching the 2nd verse prison scenario showing how faith-filled positivity triumphs over dark circumstances). Romans 12:2 – "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind..." (Matching the 1st and 2nd verse focus on taking power over our thoughts). ● Spoken Word Intro "God created the human mind with an incredible amount of power. Every single day, we get to choose what we dwell on. We can let negative circumstances weigh us down, or we can choose to think positively and trust God to bring good out of any situation—even if we were sitting in a prison cell like Paul and Silas! When you fill your mind with hope and faith, things really can get better than they ever would normally be. Here is Little Ditty Originals number 0727."     / @littledittyoriginals   ● Written Words / The Song Chorus: Think Positively we need to think positively No matter how bad Things may be We need to think positively Things can really get better Better than they would normally be Yes Things can really get better When We're thinking positively 1st Verse - EXPLANATION (explained) We've all been given the power Of how we do and how we think We can concentrate on the negative Or we can think positively No matter what our conditions We can always think positively Through all of our circumstances We do better thinking positively Chorus: Think Positively we need to think positively No matter how bad Things may be We need to think positively Things can really get better Better than they would normally be Yes Things can really get better When We're thinking positively 2nd Verse - APPLICATION (when applied) Now this song is going to give a scenario What if we were put into jail We have been given the power To think How we'll pass or how we'll fail Since our minds are always thinking We can think of how we want it to be Remember we have been given the power Of how we do and how we think Chorus: Think Positively we need to think positively No matter how bad Things may be We need to think positively Things can really get better Better than they would normally be Yes Things can really get better When We're thinking positively All Words Written by: Hal and LaDena Gullick c2026 ● SUMMARY (Playlist Descriptions and elaborations) • Weathering Life (elaborated): No matter how stormy or dark your present conditions may seem, choosing a positive, faith-filled mindset helps you weather every trial with strength and dignity. • Navigating Life (elaborated): Practical wisdom for everyday living—reminding us that God gave us control over our thoughts so we can steer clear of negativity and navigate toward hope. • News For Life (elaborated): Shares an encouraging, practical message with a world easily swallowed by bad news: Changing your focus to God's goodness changes your whole outlook. • Entertainment For Life (elaborated): Wrapped in a bright, bouncy country groove with an uplifting chorus, this ditty delivers a boost of optimism that gets your toes tapping. • Challenges For Life (elaborated): Here is your challenge today: Take control of your thoughts!
