Autumn Forest Cafe Ambience | Background Noise for Focus, Study & Work

Whenever I travel abroad, I like to seek out quiet cafés with soft background music. When I find one I like, I order a cup of coffee, settle into a quiet corner, and record the sounds around me. Most of those recordings never make it into my videos. Sometimes unexpected noises get in the way, and other times the recordings simply don't turn out as I'd hoped. But I've always loved spending time in unfamiliar places, listening to the sounds around me and capturing a little piece of those moments. I truly enjoy exploring different places and recording their sounds. But as AI technology continues to advance, I sometimes feel there's less and less room for this kind of work. At the same time, AI has made it possible to create spaces I could once only imagine. Still, I wonder if it can ever replace the experience of actually being somewhere and capturing its sounds. For this video, I layered recordings of people talking and moving about, captured in several different locations. I carefully blended them together to create the feeling of a single, lived-in café. I also wanted to capture the feeling of autumn through sound. But it's difficult to convey the changing seasons through the sounds of an indoor space. So this time, I tried to bring that sense of autumn to life through the scenery outside the windows instead. I hope the autumn forest beyond the windows brings a little seasonal warmth to your day and that you can enjoy some peaceful moments here. Stay. Focus. Rest. • • • • • This video was created with the heartfelt support of our Winter Whale Members.
