Some people find eating sounds and whispering relaxing. Some of my viewers use my videos to help them sleep, relax while studying and even curb their appetite. IF YOU ARE TRIGGERED BY WHISPERING AND EATING SOUNDS THEN MY VIDEOS ARE NOT FOR YOU. What is ASMR? Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a neologism for a perceptual phenomenon characterized as a distinct, pleasurable tingling sensation in the head, scalp, back, or peripheral regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, or cognitive stimuli. Why am I not showing my entire face? ...Because I want the viewers to focus on the eating sounds and not my face.
