A Slice of Summer | Acrylic on Canvas

Watch an original acrylic painting come to life on canvas. This relaxing palette knife painting captures the vibrant colors of summer through rich textures, expressive brushwork, and bold layers of acrylic paint. A Slice of Summer is a celebration of one of the simplest joys of the season—a fresh slice of watermelon. From the first strokes on a blank canvas to the final highlights, every layer is painted by hand using acrylics, palette knives, and brushes to create depth, texture, and movement. Whether you’re looking for painting inspiration, a relaxing art process, or simply enjoy watching artwork evolve from start to finish, I hope this piece brings a little summer into your day. 🎨 Medium: Acrylic on Canvas 🖌️ Technique: Palette Knife & Brush 🍉 Subject: Watermelon Still Life If you enjoyed this painting, please consider liking, subscribing, and leaving a comment.
