Modern manufacturing is transforming at speed, and TAFE Centres of Excellence are at the forefront of building the skilled workforce Australia needs. This session explores how TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centre of Excellence (MCoE) is tackling critical skills gaps through strategic partnerships, innovative education models, and new delivery approaches. Hear from leaders across partnerships, education, operations, and community engagement as they share how TAFE is shaping the future of modern manufacturing.
Sharon Robertson, CEO Manufacturing Industry Skills Alliance (MISA) Jobs and Skills Council will provide an overview of the national manufacturing landscape and the capability challenges faced by the emerging modern manufacturing workforce.
