Tonight was supposed to be a short one anyway - I only had a narrow window before bed, so I promised a quick episode and went straight for the reward I'd been saving: unlocking Tier 7, which builds the Prismoline Well, a structure that siphons Prismoline into the Aura Buffer and releases it back into the world. The second I hit unlock, the game popped an achievement for reaching the Final Stage, and a message appeared telling me I'd reached the end of the Sandustry preview build. No warning, no fanfare - just credits from the developer, Lanto, thanking me for playing. So instead of ending the video there, I gave myself a full tour of the factory as it stands: the Level 2 conveyor belts choking every time they hit a filter, the shaker backing up residue faster than it can process it, and the one thing that genuinely delights me - being able to summon lava 🔥 at will after unlocking the Vulcanizer a few episodes back. I'm sitting on 119,000 gold, infinite power from an ice-fed loop, and infinite water thanks to a creature pen I built last time, so the bones of this factory are solid even with the game technically over. I also went looking for the pyramid zone with the violet sky and ringed planets I'd spotted before - only to find it's still locked 🔒.
