✨ SURPRISE! ✨ I had originally planned to wait a little longer before bringing you the first installment of the return of Conversations That Inspire, but some conversations are simply too wonderful to keep tucked away. And I can’t think of a better person to begin with than the incredibly talented Amy Latta. I admired Amy and her work so much! Her creativity seems endless, but what has struck me most since getting to know her is the beautiful person behind all of that talent. Amy and I really haven’t known each other for very long, yet somehow she has become one of those people who feels as though she has been part of my life for years. You know that rare kind of friendship where conversation comes easily, laughter feels familiar, and before you know it, you’re wondering how you ever didn’t know one another? That is exactly how I feel about Amy. I feel incredibly blessed that God placed us in each other’s paths. She is genuinely kind, thoughtful, encouraging, funny, and so very good-hearted. Our friendship formed quickly, and I am tremendously grateful for it. And then there is her talent. My goodness, this woman is extraordinary. Amy has such a beautiful creative voice and an incredible ability to take an idea and turn it into something joyful, approachable, and inspiring. She is an artist, an author, a teacher, a maker, and one of those wonderfully creative people who seems to leave a little bit of light wherever she goes. We sat down together for In the Studio: Conversations That Inspire, and what followed was one of those conversations I wished could have gone on for hours. We talked about creativity, our journeys, the things that inspire us, friendship, and so much more. There was plenty of laughter, a little reminiscing, and the kind of genuine conversation that reminds me exactly why I wanted to bring this series back. So I decided I simply couldn’t wait. ❤️ Conversations That Inspire with Amy Latta is coming to you early! I am so excited for you to spend some time with us and get to know this remarkable woman a little better.
