Folk Song ❤️ SHE'S GOT THIS! | A Song for Single Moms

“She Got This” is a song I wrote as a tribute to single mothers. I’ve been around single moms, and I’ve seen and heard some of the pain they carry. I’ve seen how much they have to handle on their own, how they keep going even when they are tired, and how they put their children first even when they have very little left for themselves. Sometimes, the world sees a mother taking care of her children, working hard, and keeping everything together. But what the world doesn’t always see are the tears she cries when nobody is watching, the worries she keeps to herself, and the moments when she wonders how she is going to make it through another day. And yet, she gets up and keeps going. This song is for the mom who feels overwhelmed, the mom who has to be both mom and dad, the mom who feels alone in her struggles, and the mom who sometimes questions whether she is strong enough to do it all. You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to have all the answers. And you don't have to feel strong every single day. You are allowed to cry. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to have difficult days. And when you feel like you cannot do one more thing, I hope this song reminds you that you have already made it through so many things you once thought you couldn't handle.
