FS Modulator 4016 & 508-128 | Voice & Full Alert | Stillwater, Oklahoma | 3/5/24

At 11:29:50 the City of Stillwater conducted a monthly test of their Outdoor Warning Sirens on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, the test consisted of about a 3 minute Alert. Before heading up to our Airbnb in northeast Kansas for SWA the next day I decided to go to Cushing for their test. I realized I left my wallet in my car at my house when I was at my Grandparent’s so we had to go there and get that. Then I left my car keys at my Grandparent’s so we had to turn around to get those first. After all that we didn’t have time to make it to Cushing so I ended up at this Modulator. I could see the 508 behind it through the trees so I decided to get a double recording.
