Dance Maniax 2ndMIX append JPARADISE (MAME setup)

So I finally got MAME to set up DanceManiax, a game that I was much too shy to play when I was younger and this game was a craze in the Philippines. It's not exactly like the legit arcade experience, some sounds are missing, but what matters to me is that I could finally play this game. This is pretty much a showcase.
