VOLVO FUEL FILLER FLAP MOTOR REPAIR..... with backup mod !

The filler flap on my XC90 has been intermittently failing to open or close....Some other YouTube videos show the dismantling procedure and advise cleaning the grease from the gears....but in this case the fault is a 'low torque' motor problem. The way to check is to try and stop the motor with your finger, if you can...its faulty :)
