I Built the LEGO PlayStation… Is It Worth $180?

LEGO has recreated one of the most iconic gaming consoles of the 90s with this near life-size replica of the original Sony PlayStation. With 1,911 pieces, hidden game dioramas, a working disc lid, and plenty of nostalgic details, there's a lot packed into this set. But at $179.99, is it worth the money? My first PlayStation was the PS2, so I never owned the original growing up. I've really enjoyed exploring the PS1 lately, and this build gave me a chance to appreciate the console in a whole new way. In this video, I'm taking a closer look at the build, comparing its details to the real console, and sharing my thoughts on whether this set deserves a spot in your collection. LEGO PlayStation Set Details Set Number: 72306 Piece Count: 1,911 Retail Price: $179.99 USD Recommended Age: 18+ Features: Functional Open and Power buttons, a brick-built controller, and hidden Gran Turismo and Ape Escape dioramas. Thanks for watching and being part of this little corner of the internet. 🙂 #LEGO #PlayStation #RetroGaming
