PixelFixr Image Studio | 10 Days of Major Updates & New Features!

What a difference ten days can make! We've been hard at work improving PixelFixr Image Studio, bringing Photoshop-style image editing directly into Adobe Illustrator—without the constant round trips. In this video, I walk through the latest improvements, new features, and some exciting ideas on the development roadmap. 🚀 WHAT'S NEW • Much faster editing — Outdated renders are replaced automatically, keeping everything responsive. • Improved Undo/Redo — Fast, cached history with individual adjustment steps. • Copy & Paste Settings — Transfer image adjustments between photos, including grain and chromatic effects that adapt to image scale. • Better Image Support — Improved handling of linked images, transparent cutouts, clipping groups, and locked artwork. • LUTs & Starter Recipes — Apply creative looks instantly or combine LUTs with existing adjustments. • Improved Performance — Better caching, cancellation controls, and automatic temporary-file cleanup. • More Reliable Files — Improved save/reopen behavior and tools for packaging editable projects. 🔮 WHAT'S NEXT? I'm also sharing some ideas on the roadmap, including: • Match Color between images • Custom, reusable adjustment recipes • More blur effects • Individual adjustment copy/paste • LUT hover previews • Improved preferences and file portability These are development goals, not announced release features. 🎨 ABOUT PIXELFIXR I'm a graphic designer with over 30 years of experience, building the Adobe Illustrator tools I've always wished existed.
