Cocodona 250 Training Camp in Arizona

Highlights from the week we spent in Arizona for a training camp on the Cocodona 250 course, my goal race for the season. We worked our way from south to north, staying in a couple different places so that I could scout out different sections of the course, before finishing the week off in Flagstaff. But first, both Audrée and I ran a much shorter race just outside of Phoenix, the Mesquite Canyon 30k as a tune-up race to kick off the week.
