GTA: Free Penaud and HSW upgrade can be acquired more than once if you completed a weekly challenge

I had to test it and I found 3 things apply: 1. you can buy as many Penaud cars as you like to add to your garages for free. I bought 2 2. Each car gets an HSW upgrade for FREE. I put it on both cars I got 3. Free HSW upgrade does not apply to other vehicles. I tried to put it on my motorcycle but it was not free, it cost 1.5 million. This was before I even bought the 2 cars. If you completed a weekly challenge any of the 3 weeks that ended Sept 23rd, you should have it available to you.
