A Liminal Horror Game About Finding Your Happy Place…

Hello everyone and welcome to today's horror game: Your Happy Place In this liminal horror game, we find ourselves armed with nothing but a video camera. While walking around our town, we find a hole in the ground with a ladder. After descending, we find an odd elevator that takes us to a very strange place. At first, everything seems relatively safe, however, as we continue, we find out that something is lurking down here with us. Let's play Your Happy Place! ----- More about tonight's horror game: Originally started as a prototype 3 years ago and only had occasional bursts of development, this is closest to the kind of backrooms game I've always wanted to make. I joined the Liminal Game Jam 2026 by MCL Software 2 months ago to finally finish it. This is an experience that captures the themes of Liminal spaces, Dreamcore and the Backrooms.
