SWEET AND SOUR PRAWNS | Hong Kong Style | Nice and Easy

Sweet and sour prawns, not as popular as the chicken version of this dish but fancier! If you have always been put off cooking seafood, this is a nice and easy way of doing it. Even though the prawns have been mixed into the sauce there is still a little crunch. But if you want to maintain the crunchiness I suggest you serve the prawns and sauce separately and dip the prawns into the sauce as you have them! Use vegetable or sunflower oil for frying.
