Dear friends, today we are preparing and preserving peppers for the winter so we can enjoy fresh, homegrown peppers throughout the cold months. 🌶️❤️ We will vacuum-seal part of our harvest so we can later use the peppers for stuffing, frying, roasting, breading, and many other delicious dishes. This way, they keep their wonderful taste and freshness, almost as if they were just picked in the middle of summer. We are also drying some of the red peppers, which we will later grind into homemade red pepper powder. This is one part of our final harvest, and we want to preserve as much as possible from our garden so we can enjoy our own homegrown produce instead of buying it from the store.
