Wesumat Evolution Car Wash at Texaco, Manchester

Here we have a Wesumat Evolution at Texaco, Manchester Airport. The dryer didn't move down for some reason, however it seemed to be blowing air! I've got no idea what's going on there haha! :) Recorded 15th August 2015.
